A lot of people are wondering what a water flosser is. Is it a fad? Is it worth its money or it’s just marketing?

I have been using my Waterpik Complete Care for more than a year now and want to share my experience and tell about the benefits that water flossers bring to your oral hygiene.

Two years ago I got braces and after that, my oral health care routine changed pretty dramatically. If you don’t know what wearing the braces involves, it means that you have to clean your teeth not only twice per day, but also after every meal.

The food that I eat is stuck in my braces and sit there, causing my teeth forming excessive plaque and bacteria. If I didn’t clean my teeth thoroughly after food, my teeth would become darker really quickly.

So it was essential for me to clean my braces completely and keep them fresh all the time. I had to carry around my toothbrush and a toothpaste. I also had to floss my teeth very thoroughly, and it took me so long. It was really annoying.

After some time of struggling, I decided to try a water flosser. It seemed like a legit solution for my issues, and I wanted to try it out. I didn’t have any friends that could give me some advice or recommendations, and I also don’t really feel like reading reviews(I heard nowadays a lot of them were fake.) So I went and found this Waterpik Complete Care(see Waterpik Complete Care review.)

Waterpik Complete Care came as a 2-in-1 solution: a water flosser and a toothbrush and it seemed like a bargain for me.

After using it for few weeks, I really felt like it was an excellent deal. Though, this thing was a little weird and inconvenient to use. I made a lot of mess in the bathroom. But after few days I mastered water flossing and didn’t have any problems with it.

I already had some stains on my teeth when my Waterpik arrived, and it actually cleaned the stains in a few weeks.

I also noticed that my teeth became whiter and gums more healthy as well. It gives me this fresh feeling like after a nice mouthwash. I indeed added my mouthwash to the water tank, and it worked amazingly well. And I rinsed it with some water afterward.

My water flosser came with a special >Orthodontic Tip for braces. It has a little brush on the end, so it cleans my braces really well.

After using Waterpik for a year, I am really happy with it. It cleans my teeth around brackets and removes the food in between my teeth. It is also fun and easy to use, though it is a really loud and can easily wake up your family members if used at night.

One thing that I would like to have in this Waterpik is the flossing substitution. I still have to floss my teeth every once in a while. Though, I have to floss rarely now, since my teeth feel very clean. My orthodontist complimented me on my oral hygiene, so I’m sure this thing works for me.

Since then I researched people’s opinion about Water Flossers and was surprised how much people didn’t know about water flossers. So I decided to research this topic more in-depth and educate people and share my unbiased opinion and advice on the oral health improvement.

I think it is important to know what modern technologies can give to us(though water flossers are very old, and people have been using them for years.)

If you find this article useful it would be great if you could share it with your friends and tell them how easily they can improve their oral health and make their lives easier overall.
